Two Days

It seems no sooner has the weekend begun than it has come to an end. They say that time flies when you're having fun. We took a walk around Kilarney lake this morning. As you can see, Morgan will no longer get in her stroller or wagon, but really enjoys pushing it.

It was a beautiful day here today. High 20's (or mid-eighties for those of you south of the border), so we hit the pool.

BBQ-ing

We had a tri-family bbq this weekend which we've intended to do regularly, but actually haven't accomplished since before Christmas (I think). So it was great to get everyone together, and luckily the weather was nice and the Keats' happened to have some soccer gear in their trunk which provided loads of entertainment.

Miss Anna seemed pretty happy in Morgan's bouncy chair. This girl has more hair at 2 months old than I do!

The stairs seem to be a favourite hangout for the kids anytime we have little people over.

Eric the streak.

Strategy discussion

A few glasses of wine were enjoyed as well.

We are finishing up our week of vacation today and I can't say that I'm looking forward to heading back to work tomorrow. We had a great week off, starting with our trip to the zoo and celebrating Canada Day. Then Jody and I took a trip to New Hampshire to celebrate Independence Day and take in the White Mountains (and of course the outlet shopping) while Morgan hung with Nanny and Gramps Dean.

The Zoo

We are officially on vacation and took a trip to the Moncton zoo with the Keats family on Saturday for a little vacation fun. We saw a lot of cool animals, and the kids had a good time.

Happy Birthday Grandad

Happy birthday to grandad who celebrated yet another birthday this week. We had he and mom over for a bbq on Friday night and mom brought us pastries from the Happy Baker for dessert (yum!).
