Snow Day

We awoke Monday morning at 6:18 am to a call from Art telling us that the NB Power building was closed due to problems with the sprinkler system. So that meant Jody got to stay home and work. We managed to squeeze in some play time between all that work stuff.

Morgan got the Rose Petal cottage for Christmas and she loves it. She likes us to get in it with her, but with her stove, crib and bassinet, its a tight squeeze.

Here are a couple of shots of the handsome man who is now 7 months old. Jody likes to put Habs attire on him hoping that he will become a fan. If that becomes the case I will never live down painting over the Habs symbols in Charlie's room before he was born...

Welcome 2009

Life is pretty busy at our house around the holidays with Morgan's birthday a couple of weeks before Christmas, and Jody's birthday a couple of weeks after. We also had a wedding thrown into the mix so it feels as if we've been on a bit of a treadmill. Things are finally starting to settle down and get back to normal and we are now into the deep freeze of winter. Congratulations to Jeremy and Abby on their marriage. It was a great time.

I am really enjoying my maternity leave and being able to spend so much time with the kids. Charlie is now sitting up which makes my life a little easier.

Morgan got finger paints for Christmas so she's been getting in touch with her creative side.

Morgan likes to play dress-up. This is her bag lady/senile old woman look.

Happy birthday to Jody!!!
