The title of this post is to recognize the fact that we have a new arbour in the backyard. This wouldn't have been worth mentioning had it not been such a fiasco to get up. Jody and I are far from engineers, and last night in our effort to get it up, as we were carrying it, it fell over and nearly crushed me; we were both standing on it trying to drive its' posts into the ground; and we left it on its pegs overnight so it looked like it was up on stilts. Luckily Art came to the rescue tonight. Thank goodness Art is willing to help us with all our projects around the house. I will have to post a picture.
I have been lucky to be on maternity leave at the same time as some good friends, and we are able to get together every once in a while for playdates or outings. Here are a couple of shots of one of our playdates at the Lydon's house.

We went to Eric's 4th birthday party this weekend which was spiderman themed. It was great to see the kids.
Some of the girls I was in baby group with when I had Morgan had baby #2 around the same time as I had Charlie, so we formed another baby group. These babes are now hitting their first birthday! Here are a couple of pics of Abigail's party.
